Since providing services to Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2017, edg has undertaken multiple important projects and witnessed the growth of cooperation between the two parties. From the initial Thermo Fisher Beijing office project to the 2023 Thermo Fisher Suzhou Baojin R&D office renovation project, which took 7 years, we collaborated on a total of 13 projects with a cumulative construction area of 32719 square meters.

02 System standardization and continuous improvement

In project management, establishing clear quality policies and objectives is the foundation for ensuring construction quality.

It is crucial to establish a reasonable quality organizational structure to achieve these goals, so that personnel at all levels can clarify their responsibilities and coordinate their work.

 

To ensure that the construction quality meets the standards, we follow the edg construction standards and implement a systematic quality management process. These processes include the material entry process, material approval, and material self inspection to ensure that the materials used meet the requirements.

In addition, we conduct inspections of material suppliers to ensure that the materials they provide meet quality standards, and conduct back-end tracking after the materials arrive, recording detailed material tracking forms for easy reference at any time.

During the on-site construction process, we ensure that the construction personnel understand the requirements of each process through disclosure and process inspection procedures, thereby achieving the expected construction quality.

The acceptance process is the final confirmation of the engineering quality, strictly controlling to ensure that there are no omissions.

At the same time, in order to protect the finished product, we have developed measures to prevent damage during subsequent construction.

Finally, after project delivery, we will conduct follow-up visits to collect feedback and continuously improve our quality management system. By closely coordinating and implementing the above links, we ensure the high-quality delivery of the project.
