This workspace is comprised of container-like rooms with exposed metal surfaces, bright colors. and 'network elements' to highlight Yahoo's style in the internet age. It's open-ceiling is dotted with orange pierced metal droplights, while its partition walls are dotted with orange latex paint and gridded glass. edg's detailed construction work and sophisticated technology, helped to create a comfortable, bright and quality office space.
As a leading global manufacturer,Volvo has rigorous principles and processes concerning its projects. In line with these points, this project was divided into two phases and three floors, which included an office, laboratory, data center and canteen. Unique aspects also included: a tight schedule (first phase: 48 days;second phase: 52 days), high electricity demands on air-conditioning, VRV system requirements of no more than 2℃ variable amplitude and issues concerning financial security and reports to the municipal public security and banking regulatory bureaus. In addition to working within these requirements, our team complied with LEED standards, focusing on water-saving, energy-saving and indoor air quality control
Aiming to align the second and third phases of Sony Ericsson's new headquarters with its vision of "to become THE communication entertainment brand", our design team extended the informal division of its public spaces into uniquely designed private meeting spaces, turning the corporate campus into the company's 'alternate universe', winning recognition as one of the 2010 China's Most Successful Designs and 2011 International Property Award recipients.
The goal of this project was to unify and integrate the various Nokia Siemens offices into one space, including: laboratories, training centers, air-conditioned offices and an engine room. As such, our team divided the project into three phases to ensure temporary uninterrupted workspace was always maintained. The success in acheiving the complete installation of the related mechanical, electrical and network systems, in this way was greatly appreciated by the client
As a well-known professional financial services provider, it was important to emphasize its heritage during the construction of its Shanghai office. To acheive this, edg used large areas of toned down shaded wood siding and a matching set of exquisite wooden furniture. Along with delicate crafts-manship and the use of sophisticated construction technology, the meticulous installation of electrical equipment and electro-mechanical system, ensured the client a safe, reliable, and above all, stable work environment. Reflecting characteristics of the financial and investment industry , the decoration and design of the Morgan Stanley Shanghai Plaza office is traditionally somber and covered with wooden wall plates. edg's integration of modern design and traditional Chinese elements embodies a sense of serenity, elegance and professionalism.
The unique U-shaped logo and the trademark blue was the inspiration for edg's design of the reception space, giving it a modern, yet distictively Unilever feel.
