Project Overview

This project is located on Jingu Road in Suzhou Industrial Park, and is invested and constructed by BeiGene (Suzhou) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. It is adjacent to the Phase I land on the south side, with a total construction area of 47033 square meters. The main construction content of this project includes modern office areas on floors 1-8 (including open plan office areas, conference rooms, research and development preparation rooms, etc.) and supporting staff restaurants.

The open office area presents a simple and modern visual style, with pure white walls paired with light wood office furniture, embellished with BeiGene's iconic red elements, creating a refreshing and comfortable working environment.

    

The top of the tea room space adopts a white metal grille system, paired with customized light blue three-dimensional sound-absorbing panels, to achieve a good acoustic environment and visual hierarchy. The large glass curtain wall in the open collaboration area provides a spacious and bright spatial environment.

    

The conference room space continues the traditional Suzhou aesthetic of "pink walls and blue tiles", cleverly incorporating different shades of blue and BeiGene's iconic red elements as embellishments on the basis of the main color tone. The natural texture of wood, the smooth texture of glass, and the stable characteristics of stone complement each other, meeting the functional needs of conferences and creating a conference space that combines cultural connotations and corporate characteristics through the dialogue of traditional and modern colors.
