Guangdong Jiahua Mei Certification Co., Ltd. was established in 2008 as a Sino-foreign joint venture jointly founded by Canada's CSA Group and China Certification and Inspection Group (CCIC), with its headquarters located in Guangzhou. Leveraging CSA Group's global technical expertise and network resources, the company specializes in product testing, certification, and technical consulting services across electrical, mechanical, lighting, and energy efficiency fields. Equipped with advanced laboratories, it is dedicated to helping enterprises enhance product quality and international compliance capabilities

Project Overview

This project is located in Dingchuang Science and Technology Park, Huangpu District, Guangzhou. It involves the overall renovation and decoration construction of the multi story decoration area in Building 3. The project adopts a layered, segmented, and three-dimensional cross flow operation mode, with the secondary structure as the guide, coordinating multiple professional teams such as civil engineering, mechanical and electrical installation, and decoration to carry out construction in a staggered manner according to the process. It follows the principle of "structure first, decoration second, main body first, details second, civil engineering first, installation second" to ensure compact connection and efficient progress of each link, ultimately achieving the set completion milestone goals.

The entrance hall features a cement textured background wall combined with CSA brand blue logo, highlighting a professional temperament with a simple design. The pure white streamlined front desk and scattered green plants blur the spatial boundaries, injecting a sense of natural breathing into the calm tone. The embedded lighting system echoes the light colored ground, enhancing spatial transparency and highlighting quality pursuit in details.

Adopting modular zoning, combining light toned furniture with natural greenery, and incorporating grid ceilings and embedded lighting to create a transparent and stress free office environment.
